Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and achieve ultimate physical and mental health. “Angamardana” means to completely master the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. Living up to its name, this practice revitalizes the body at all levels, including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system and basic energy system.

With exercises carefully selected by Sadhguru to be of universal appeal and application, Angamardana does not require any fitness equipment. It uses only the body and can be practiced anywhere, even while traveling.

The workshop is comprised of 3 sessions each of 3 hours approx:

January 26th-28th

Friday 7-10pm

Saturday & Sunday 9am-12pm 

(3 sessions all needed to learn the full practice)

The workshop is designed to allow you to learn the practice properly so you can continue practicing on your own, the teacher will be available to support after the workshop if needed.

Those who already learnt the practice, can join the last session as a review
